Water jet lancing
A wide range of High pressure water jetting pumps rated from 500 bar to 1000 bar (7250 to 14500 psi) pressure
and ultra high pressure pumps up to 2760 bar (40000 psi) are available for lancing projects.
For many years the Oil and Power Generation Industry have used the power of water to clean heat
exchangers, boilers, fin fan cooling tubes and drill pipes etc without damaging the tubes. High pressure
and ultra high pressure pumps along with flexible or rigid lances and penetrating nozzles are used to
clean the pipe and tube internals. Generally hand gun operation will be used for external cleaning.
